We are delighted to let you know that The George has reopened  and would like to thank everyone who has been to see us so far.  It has been grand to welcome you back. !

Booking in advance is pretty essential at the moment as we have a limited number of tables available in our lovely outside courtyard which has the benefit of parasols and heating, not to mention cushions on the benches so is a comfortable space to enjoy yourselves. 

The Government guidance makes it quite clear that initially, all food and drink service must be outside, subject to social distancing and the rule of six – i.e we will not be able to take bookings for groups of more than six people or from more than two households.  

Going forward our opening and food service times will be slightly different until we are able to open our accommodation on 17 May 2021.  The details are as follows:

SUNDAY LUNCH......We are fully booked for Sunday 2nd May but do have one or two tables available for Sunday 9th May.

Lunch Served between 12:00 and 14:00 Wednesday - Friday, 12.00 to 14.30 Saturday (subject to change)
